After-hours calls, answered
An AI assistant answers your phone after hours, gets the job down properly, and keeps your customer in the loop while you get on with your night.
What happens today
They ring. They get voicemail. They hang up and ring the next name on Google. You never know the job existed.
What changes
Your customer rings. You're asleep, on a job, or at the pub.
It says straight away it's an AI assistant, then takes their name, number, address, what's wrong and when they want you.
Gas, sparks or a shock off the tap: it tells them to ring 000, and rings your phone until you pick up.

A proper test drive
Your real business number is never touched. You'll ring a number I give you from a second phone, playing your own customer, as many times as you like — and watch both texts land and both pages open. Nothing goes near your actual line until you've decided you want it.
I'm looking for two electricians, plumbers, locksmiths or garage-door people. You'd make four or five calls over a fortnight, spend about five minutes on each, then have one fifteen-minute chat with me about what worked and what didn't.

The person behind it
I'm Eric, in Brisbane. My brother Louis works with tradies and helped me see how much good work disappears when nobody can answer after hours. I'm building Duckout with the people who'll actually use it, on equal footing.
